"Our room was not cleaned one day (there wasNOT a do not disturb sign on room). We had 4 night stay, sheets were not changed. Bath towels were skimpy and only 1/person"

"I use this hotel because it is right next to the airport. That's it. The place is run down, but the room is clean. I don't think it was there fault, but expedia offers a bundle package to "save you money". But then the hotel takes away the amenities. I arrived before 3pm to check in, they wanted to charge me $50.00 USD. The place was 90% empty. In addition, because I bundled, I did not qualify for the breakfast. So you're really not saving any money, they are just stripping away perks that you should have on any trip. Next time, I may try a different hotel and roll the dice with the shuttle service."

"Everything The shower barely run any water I had to a cup to collect water to shower"

"The place was clean and staff was nice. However, they were unprepared, no bath towels, I had to call the front desk to get some. One of my light night wasn’t working. Paid parking $15, not as expected."

"The facility needs to be properly clean and the bathtub water was stopped up. The facility is old I believe some updating needs to happen. "
